Your individual configuration
You can adapt SAMPLES flexibly and in a variety of ways to your specific requirements. Simply set up everything yourself: parameters, methods, sample types, studies and much more.
For even more individualization, user-defined fields and catalogs are also available to ideally map your individual processes.
Your orders, test plans and results under control
In SAMPLES you specify which tests are to be carried out with each of your samples.
If your samples are related to external test orders, these orders can be easily transferred to SAMPLES via an interface. The measurement results also find their way safely back to the client if required.
Linked methods and storage locations
There are many methods in your laboratory, but only one that is suitable for the specific test in question – SAMPLES suggests the right one for you.
SAMPLES also provides support with storage locations. If the sample requires certain conditions such as temperature or darkness, SAMPLES knows these “preferences” of the sample types and proactively suggests a suitable storage location.
Focus on the business through audit trail and timeline
Even in the laboratory, nothing is as constant as the changes. By versioning the methods in SAMPLES, you ensure that no old protocols are used, but at the same time you can trace when which version was used.

The Lab Execution System (LES) from SAMPLES guides you step by step through the activities of a method. You record consumables, interact with devices and measure parameters with assistance.

Laboratory automation with a click
Adding a device interaction to a method is easy for anyone in the lab. Three interaction options are available:
- Read values from fields to transfer them to the device.
- Receive values from the device and transfer them to a field.
- Perform action on the device.
Export your data
With SAMPLES you remain independent with your data: You can export your sample lists, storage bin allocations and all your measurement results to Excel at any time to continue using them as you wish.
